However, These is one type of apple device that is lessly people know it, it is called Apple TV device . It is not a TV model, it is a TV box that connect to HDTV and let's you watch the special programs such as Netflix, Hulu Plus, HBO Go, MLB.TV, Watch ABC, Watch ESPN, Watch Disney channel and the weather channel or the news channel for free if you can connect to the internet. 

Apple TV box also supported to stream movies, music or other media files on your itune account. Also, you can stream the web video, music , or games on the HDTV via IOS devices such as iphone, ipod, macbooks.

As you can see in the image , it looks like the little box with the dimension like 3.9 x 3.9 x 0.9 inches ; 9.6 ounces. It is a small item. It packaged in the box with included the apple wireless remote. You can use this remote to control your mac also because it is compatible with all apple devices. Apple TV has HDMI port to connect with HDTV but it does not included in this package. You can buy it separately. 
The bad:The competing Roku 3 offers more content sources (including Amazon Instant), cross-platform search, and a remote with a headphone jack. The Apple TV is less of a standout streamer box if you don't own other Apple devices.
